This service point serves as a car pick-up and return location, not a physical store. Our staff will park the vehicle in the M building parking lot of the P2 parking lot ten minutes before the agreed pick-up time. The parking lot offers 30 minutes of free pick-up time. If you exceed this time, a parking fee of 600 yen per hour, up to a maximum of 1,600 yen will be charged. We will send pictures of the vehicle license plate information and specific route guidance to your reserved email on the day of pick-up, so please check it. If you need to pick up the car earlier or later, please contact us via email or social media platforms such as WhatsApp, LINE, or WeChat. For all pick-up points and stores, except at airports where we follow the flight delay policy based on the airport's flight arrival information (free waiting for 90 minutes, ¥1,000 yen service waiting fee per hour after that), the vehicle will only be held for one hour from the agreed pick-up time. Failure to pick up the vehicle on time will be handled according to platform rules, and no refund will be given in case of complete loss.

Car Return Instructions: Please park your vehicle in any parking space in the flat parking lot of Building M in the P2 parking lot. Our staff will assist you with the return procedures at the agreed time, or reach out to you via social apps such as WhatsApp, LINE, or WeChat. For self-return customers, kindly ensure to leave your car keys and parking tickets on the dashboard and send photos to our email or social media for verification. If you need to return the car earlier or later than scheduled, please contact us in advance.

자동차 운전면허 요건

주 운전자와 추가 운전자는 본의명의 실물 운전면허증을 제출해야 합니다. 면허증 발급기간은 최소 1-2 년 이상이여야 하며 심각한 벌점이 없어야 합니다.

외국인 운전자 일 경우 아래 문서를 지참해야 합니다.

Original driving licence + IDP( issued under the 1949 Convention)

Only IDP issued under the 1949 Convention will be accepted. An IDP issued under the Paris Convention (1926), Washington Convention (1943) and Vienna Convention (1968) will not be accepted!

Taiwan Driving License in China + Japan Translation

For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.
